Tumbling classes are a fantastic way to burn the energy of youth in a controlled, productive fashion. Your child will learn better balance, flexibility and reaction time as a result of a tumbling class. They will also learn the important skills necessary to soften a fall and reduce damage to themselves.
Tumbling classes focus on floor tumbling. Our beginner tumbling classes are a supplement to our combination classes (ballet and tap) for 30 minutes either before or after the combination class. The students will learn basic tumbling skills including but not limited to: forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, front walk-overs, and back walk-overs. Intermediate tumbling students will focus on aerial cartwheels, back handsprings, and running tumbling.
